Stratford Planning Board Meeting

Minutes of September 21, 2011

Members Present: Charlie Goulet, Gary Paquette, Larry Ladd, Bruce Blodgett, Mike Martin, Vicki DeLalla.

Public Present: None

Charlie Goulet called the meeting to order 7:02 p.m.   Charley Goulet asked Vicki DeLalla to take minutes.

Old Business: Revisit our wet land and aquifer ordinance.  Discussion followed.   Paquette will contact Tara from NCC and bring information back to the planning board.

New Business: No new business.

Mail:

1. Public meeting on "Ten Years Transportation Improvement Plan."  Charlie Goulet and Gary Paquette will attend.  Maybe more.

2. Law Lecture  Preemption of Local Regulation.  Charlie Goulet will try to attend, maybe others. Sept 21  will be Sign Regulations and Home Occupation".  Sept. 28 "Preemption of Local Regulations.

At 7:40 Gary Paquette  made  motion to adjourn, seconded by Bruce Blodgett.  Motion carried.
