Cemetery Trustee Meeting

Town Hall – Dining area

Present: Ron Connary, Charlie Goulet, Mark Paquette, Gary Paquette, Red Lepine, Stewart Walling

8:18am Meeting started.  Ron Connary opened the meeting and Charlie 2^nd it.

Ron didn’t have a copy of the old minutes but that was a joint meeting with the selectmen on July 11, 2011 at 6pm.   It was a meeting with the people involved in the Nelson Paquette problem.   Charlie agreed with what was said.   Ron 2^nd.

New business:

Gary asked what is going on with their lot in the Baldwin Cemetery.   I told him there will be no more digging or placing of headstones until I received word from the selectmen.  

Red Lepine said he would walk the bank this fall when the leaves are off.

Charlie, Red, Stewart went over the new by-laws.   Made some changes.   I’ll retype the bylaws with the updates.   Ron accepted the new bylaws with the changes and Charlie 2^nd it.

Charlie and I looked over the new map of section F at the Center cemetery.   All is good but we need the old map.   We had questions on determining lot sizes.   Need to find out actual vault sizes – how much space needed.

Center cemetery

 Need to clean the trees and brush along the fence all the way around.   Will get quotes.

Charlie wants the whole sand pile removed and leveled off.   The area cleaned up.

Haynes Cemetery

                Need to look at a dead tree and have removed.

Baldwin Cemetery

                Need to fix the metal gate before it falls off.   Someone could get hurt.

Bill Zanes needs to turn in all the paperwork and maps if he’s done. ASAP
