Selectmen present: Ladd, Brooks, Rheaume; Others on agenda: health officer.
Ladd/Rheaume (3 voted yes): enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, II(c) re reputation at 3:32. Present were selectmen, health officer, and Summers.

Brooks/Ladd 3 voted yes): return to public session at 3:47. Brooks/Rheaume motion (3 voted yes): seal the minutes.
Brooks reported he had placed a Christmas tree and greens in the buckets.
Signed manifest.
Signed Holcombe other to be PN alternate.
Signed Brauer abatement for half year (town owned).
Signed abatements for 5 tax deeded properties now owned by the town and now exempt from taxes.
Signed Marquis intent to cut.
Sighed L. Gray tax deeded property sale to correct deed error.
Signed tax collector warrant to correct date due error.
Ladd/ Rheaume motion (approved 3/0): motion to approve minutes for November 28.
Rheaume to review contracts and materials related to Nextera electricity agreement being arranged by Energy Professions.
DOT to meet next week at 3:30 with board to discuss Stratford pavement rehabilitation project.
Received Tri-CAP request for elderly meals article for $2,900.
Received invoice from NCC for $733.22 for membership (increase); put in budget.
Received state education warrant.
Cemetery trustees provided quote for Baldwin fence repair and stone repair from D Nordberg.
Per counsel, there is no issue or liability for the town taking a property with a large IRS lien (info requested by tax collector).
Received Gateway C of C warrant article request; placed in folder.
Received municipal association membership invoice; increased but required membership for town.
Discussed firemen traveling to Alabama to examine two pumper tankers and narrow down to one for shipment under grant received. Board agreed because it was important to know the vehicle and because it was in their cut budget. Alternative is to buy sight unseen. Three firemen who regularly use the proposed vehicle will test it out fully in each of its function areas on a simulated fire scene where each firemen will be able to determine how his section of the truck functions.
Brooks to attend Lancaster meeting on writing ordinance to prevent Northern Pass.
