Stratford Planning Board Meeting

Minutes of October 21, 2011

Members Present: Charlie Goulet, Bruce Blodgett, Gary Paquette, Mike Martin, Tom Allin

Alternate: Vicki DeLella

Public Present: None

Charlie Goulet called meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

The Board reviewed the minutes from September 20, 2011.

Motion to accept minutes from Gary Paquette, 2^nd from Bruce Blodgett.  Motion approved 5-0.

List old business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø Gary Paquette said he will contact Tara Bamford concerning Stratford’s wet lands and aquifer ordinance and report to the board next month.

List new business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø Charlie Goulet will contact Harlan Connary and recommend a couple of possibilities concerning his intentions to sub-divide the property where his mother’s house (Lena Connary) sits. 

Board reviewed mail and upcoming meetings

Ø The state of New Hampshire now requires any official surveying be done by a state licensed surveyor.

Motion to adjourn meeting from Gary Paquette.  2^nd from Bruce Blodgett.  Motion carried 5-0.

Meeting adjourned 7:40 P.M.
