Stratford Planning Board Meeting

Minutes of August 16, 2011

Members Present: Charlie Goulet, Gary Paquette, Larry Ladd, Bruce Blodgett, Vicki DeLella, Tom Allin

Public Present: Emmanuel Marceau

Charlie Goulet called meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.

The Board reviewed the minutes from July 19, 2011.

Motion to accept minutes from Gary Paquette, 2^nd from Larry Ladd.  Motion carried 6-0.

List old business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø No old business.

List new business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø Emmanuel Marceau brought to the board copies of his requested subdivision as well as the mylar for final approval.  The board approved the subdivision as presented with one stipulation, that one of the abutters be confirmed as the present land owner.  One of the board members believes there is an error on the maps showing a landowner’s name who no longer owns the parcel.  Once confirmed, the subdivision will be final.

Ø Vicki DeLella has joined the planning board as an alternate.

Board reviewed mail and upcoming meetings

Ø The board was informed that there is a conference being held on November 16 & 17.  It is the 70^th Annual Conference of the North Country Resource Conservation and Development.

Motion to adjourn meeting from Gary Paquette.  2^nd from Vicki DeLella.  Motion carried 6-0.

Meeting adjourned 7:35 P.M.
