Stratford Planning Board Meeting

Minutes of November 15, 2011

Members Present: Charlie Goulet, Bruce Blodgett, Gary Paquette, Larry Ladd, Tom Allin

Alternate: Vicki DeLalla

Public Present: Eric Pospesil

Charlie Goulet called meeting to order at 7:03 P.M.

The Board reviewed the minutes from October 21, 2011.

Motion to accept minutes from Gary Paquette, 2^nd from Bruce Blodgett. Motion approved 5-0.

List old business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø Charlie Goulet asked to board to review the working draft of the “Groundwater Protection Overlay District” hand out .

List new business being addressed (such as mergers, subdivisions; include name of party, what is being done, whether signed, whether a motion is needed):

Ø Eric Pospesil, a surveyor representing the owners of the “Stevens’” property, brought to the board a proposed subdivision. The lot in question in located on Steven’s Terrace and would be approximately 2.2 acres in size, not including a smaller lot on the other side of the street which would be included with the house lot. Charlie explained to Mr. Pospesil what the board needed before the subdivision could take place, including a list of abutters.

Ø Tom Allin motioned to make Vicki DeLalla a permanent board member. 2^nd came from Bruce Blodgett. Motion carried 5-0.

Ø Charlie Goulet will contact Harlan Connary to see if he still has plans to subdivide the land on which his mother’s house sits.

Board reviewed mail and upcoming meetings

Ø The state of New Hampshire now requires any official surveying be done by a state licensed surveyor.

Motion to recess meeting from Gary Paquette. 2^nd from Bruce Blodgett. Motion carried 5-0.

Meeting adjourned 7:50 P.M.
