Brauer asked about sewer truck and Christmas tree (not in the way).

Goulet asked about Lagoon Rd.—being fixed tomorrow morning; need to discuss culvert bypass/drainage with Smart.

McMann asked about Christie property; shouldn’t have house or trailer; no sewage; shouldn’t sell it.

Lynch asked at by Cirillo’s up the old Christie Rd. (town property) to put water bars in the road.

Lynch has started working on the Bordeau Rd. grant work; have installed stakes.

Lynch asked about throwing up about 10 town roads; waiting input from Ruch. Town gets $24,500 approximately.

Lynch discussed need to go beyond town ROW in some places on Bordeau Rd. He may need to cut and replant some trees. Lynch is looking for temporary easement for work outside ROW. Discussed letter to remind landowners re their responsibility for cost of damages to town roads via runoffs from their driveways/culverts; include RSA.

Tonya Arnold called re potential community service by schoolchildren on Friday, June 17. She needs list by mid-week (Wednesday).

Lynch to meet with J Nugent re water/sewer hookup to garage; will discuss with Smart. Lynch working on paving swales at the town hall road ditch after he works with Nugent. Will try ledge pack with a compactor.

Lynch asked about how to do something with infield grass to keep infield clear; ask Vermont Tennis Court.

Goulet asked about having someone cut grass inside and outside fence. He asked about putting plastic down and then rocks or mulch.

Goulet asked about using Route 3 to Nugent’s; referred him to Nugent, state, and Nugent returned to town.

Lynch discussed mowing every other year at water pump house, transfer station, lagoon rd, water storage tank.

Ladd/Brooks motion (both voted yes) to go into non-public under RSA91-A:3II(c) at 7:20 re reputation re cemetery lot owner. Discussion followed.
